本地時令菜包

Seasonal produce from Lantau farms using ecologically friendly growing practices. The selection may include choy sum, mini watermelons, sweet potatoes, mini jicama, winter melon, okra and Chinese cabbage. Each bag is packed according to seasonal availability.

選用大嶼山農場以生態友善方式種植的時令農產品，當季供應包括菜心、迷你西瓜、番薯、迷你沙葛、冬瓜、秋葵及白菜等。每包按當季供應隨機配搭，恕不設指定菜款。

Co-developed by Good Old Soil and our trainees, using locally grown organic cauliflower. Processed and supervised by Chef Jason of We Serve Kitchen, these medallions offer a crisp, balanced flavour that preserves the natural sweetness of the produce.

由好老土團隊與培訓成員共同研發，選用本地有機椰菜花，由 We Serve Kitchen 的 Chef Jason 加工及監製。質感酥香，風味清爽平衡，保留椰菜花的自然清甜。

Good Old Soil teams up with Mak’s Brewery, using Hong Kong Distillery’s distillation techniques and chicken-heart wampee from Ho’s Orchard in Mui Wo. This year’s brew is gentle and refreshing, with delicate fruit aromas, restrained sour and salty notes, and a subtle citrus-peel finish.

好老土聯乘麥子釀酒廠，配合香港蒸餾所的蒸餾技術，以梅窩何氏果園的雞心黃皮釀製。今年的爽皮風味溫和，果香輕盈，酸、鹹感收斂，尾段留下一點柑橘果皮般的回甘與微苦。

Sip a local brew from a cup shaped with the same island’s soil. Good Old Soil brings together Ho’s Orchard, Lantau Shanto Studio and Mak’s Brewery in a Hong Kong-made gift that connects Mui Wo’s fruit, clay and the care of local makers.

用同一個島嶼的泥土做陶杯，盛載當地果實釀成的酒。好老土聯乘梅窩何氏果園、山與土及麥子酒廠，把農夫、陶藝職人與釀酒師的心思放進香港製造的禮盒，讓大嶼山的風土走進日常。
