Good Old Soil once again joins hands with Hong Kong's Barley Brewery to present Wampee Beer a newly refined craft beer.

Made with chicken-heart wampees from Ho's Orchard in Mui Wo, where fruit trees have been nurtured by two generations of orchardists for over 70 years, this beer reflects the story of Lantau's land and its people. Through Nature-based Solutions, we continue the Hakka tradition of fruit-tree cultivation, transforming the island's orchard heritage and agricultural wisdom into every glass.

The refined recipe further enhances the natural aroma of chicken-heart wampee, bringing a more delicate balance of bright acidity and subtle salinity. Crisp and refreshing, it opens with vibrant fruit notes before finishing with a gentle citrus-peel bitterness, creating a clean, layered, and distinctive character.

選用梅窩何氏果園逾70年樹齡的雞心黃皮，承載著兩代果農的耕耘與大嶼山的土地故事。我們透過自然本位保育（Nature-based Solutions），延續客家果樹種植文化，讓珍貴的果樹資源與農業智慧，化作杯中的風味。

全新配方進一步提升雞心黃皮的天然果香，酸與鹹的比例更細緻平衡。入口清新爽口，果香鮮明，微酸與淡淡鹹香自然交織，尾韻帶一絲柑橘皮般的甘苦，層次豐富，清爽而富有個性。
