A TASTE OF LOCAL HARVEST

From the Field, Made with Care

Co-developed by the Good Old Soil team and our trainees, these cauliflower and potato medallions bring locally grown ingredients into everyday meals. Made with organic cauliflower sourced from local farms, the recipe was developed with the support of Chef Jason of We Serve Kitchen, who brings over ten years of professional culinary experience. The medallions are processed and supervised locally, with a focus on a crisp texture and the natural flavour of the ingredients.
